                   Another amazing week at Vinciucci!

 

Right when nature starts awakening, between winter and spring, we shared some special moments with two warmhearted girls, planting seedling, laughing, telling stories and making cannoli. 
It was so inspiring for all of us!

 

 

Cannoli Vinciucci stile.


Our Cannoli  recipe to make the shells:

850 g  00 flour, 130g  Carruba flour, 20 g cocoa powder, 2 full tablespoons of strutto or butter, 120 g white sugar, 1 egg, 1 glass of wine.
